The two-level design is carefully embedded into the land, revealing just one floor when viewed from a distance.

Inside, the layout is compact and efficient, creating an open, spacious atmosphere for the large family residing here, without occupying the entire site.

The upper floor hosts the main living spaces, while the lower level contains bedrooms and storage. These two floors are seamlessly connected by a central staircase, creating a spatial focal point in the heart of the house.

Each side of the villa opens to unique exterior spaces, enhancing the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
