2025 SEPTEMBER 12 | Two out of three buildings reached full construction height. Construction of the third and last foundation just started. The three appartment buidlings are all a part the masterplan for Allerød Kulturtorv: An area within close reach to the train station and with a potention of a more effective use of the valuable urban space. This approach creates attractive urban housing as a strong alternative to the detached single-family home, new community facilities to strengthen city center life, and a series of high-quality urban spaces for the benefit and enjoyment of everyone. All of it is carefully adapted to the context and scale, featuring a green connection leading directly into the forest.
