2022 NOVEMBER 30 | URBAN POWER and GREEN BUILDING COUNCIL DENMARK join forces to develop the platform BYSTART for sustainable urban areas. The tool aims for an early collaboration between authorities, advisors and developers before the first sketch is drawn. Targets include identification of potentials and threats for sustainability as well as an back-end with a preliminary guidance of sustainability. The development is backed financially by REALDANIA and is co-developed by a reference group of seven Danish municipalities, advisors, pension funds and investors.
