2026 March 3 | Construction has officially begun on 121 new rental apartments at Lautrupvang 1C-F.

mixed-use urban neighborhood.

By integrating modern housing with the area’s existing research and educational institutions,

we are creating a foundation for a more active city life—both during and after office hours.

The goal is to make Lautrupvang an attractive destination for students, families, and seniors alike.
