'The high C' is a part of the creative zone called Musicon in Roskilde, which has its own strong creative profile and identity.
The 'high C' project is mixed use and consists of housing, row houses and apartments, a hotel tower and an educational building.
The area is placed in between a large rainwater park and a small forest square. To connect those recreational areas, a green promenade is established. The buildings are gathered around this green promenade with lower buildings along the promenade and higher buildings towards the streets. The promenade is an urban green zone and a meeting point for the inhabitants as well as it is a rainwater collector.
The high C has a sustainable profile and the materiality for the area is wood and dark stones.
